We had very good day at Stockholm Int Ch Show, which was
also Nordic Winner-11 show. Int Ch Benton Walk of Fame took
BOB and thereforew NORDW-11 title again. Her littersister
Benton Winter Storm was 2nd best bitch with CC and eventually
CACIB. Nord Ch Benton U Can Talk was 4th best bitch.
In Males, 2nd best was was Ch Benton Catch Another Duck, who
also got resCC and CACIB. Int Ch Benton Ugly Duckling was 4th in Ch
class with CQ.

My breeders group was BOB and shortlisted in BIS.

and added HeW-11 title to her credit. 2nd best bitch was
Int Ch Benton Walk of Fame. In males Int Ch Benton Ugly Duckling
took 2nd best male placement

three bitches in my W litter are Int Champions. Lisbeth took
CC and CACIB both days in Minsk, Belarus and is also Belarus Ch now.

title in front of his name. He was BOS at Norwegian Winner Show.

At Jyvaskyla FKK Int Ch shows, Int Ch Benton Walk of Fame
took BOS wins both days, followed by Ch Benton Yale Graduate
who was 2nd best bitch with CACIB both days, this finishing
her Int Ch title. Well done to all!

We went to Seinäjoki FKK Int. Only showed bitches this time, we
ended up getting all best bitch placements. Mimmi aka Int Ch
Benton Walk of Fame took another BOB. 10 month old Aino
aka Benton Delaware Winter went to her 2nd junior class show to get her 1st CC after winning resCC at her first show. Ch Benton Yosemite
Park got her first CACIB and Best Bitch.-3 and last but not least
Benton Bed of Roses, who is after her last CC, got the res CC and
best bitch - 4 placement. Benton Winter Storm won Open bitch with CQ.
Benton Follow That Duck won BOB puppy.

It was also nice to see 10 month old Benton Eight Avenue,
who has developed into a lovely young bitch, a better
version of her mother, very much like her.

I have not been to Eckerö Int Ch since 2006, when young Benton
Pep Talk took BOB, won the group and ended up BIS-4 ! Now it
was time to go again. Now Pep Talks daughter Int Ch Benton Walk of
Fame repeated what her mom did 5 yrs ago and took BOB and also won
the group. My breeders group was BEST IN SHOW!

she ended up 4th best bitch with resCC behind three champions.

While we were in Aland, Benton Bed of Roses and Benton Break The News
attended tracking tests with results. "Suvi" got 2nd prize and Sibelius 3rd prize.
Sibelius got at his very first tracking test 2nd prize a few weeks earlier.

Benton December Storm "Ella" debuted in showrings at Porvoo
all breed Ch show taking her 1st CC and BOS at 9 months of age. Thanks to Pauliina for handling " Ella" and well done to Krista & co! The same day her
littersister Benton Delaware Winter passed the hunting ability test! Well done
to all concerned!

Two new champions. Benton Yeah I'm Talkin' passed her
hunting ability test and is now FIN CH. She is 5th bitch out of
my Y-litter to finish her championship title! Woody, the singleton puppy
from Ilonas second and last litter aka NordJW-10 NordW-10 HeJW-10 Benton
Catch Another Duck took his 10th CC this year to finish his FIN & N CH title at
the age of 2 yrs and 2 days. At the same show, Tervakoski FKK Int,
Int Ch Benton Ugly Duckling took BOB and Benton Duck Duck Goose BOB puppy.
The same weekend DK & N U CH Benton U Can Talk took BOB both days
at Danish Gold Cup.

Another weekend - another BEST IN SHOW WIN!
Tiia and I left to two Int Ch shows in Sweden with four dogs.
On saturday we showed at Swedish Winner-11 show in Norrköping.
Mimmi aka Int Ch Benton Walk of Fame followed her mom and took SW-11
title among her many titles. Ch Benton Anaheim Mighty Duck was 2nd best male
and finished his S U(u) CH title. Lisbeth aka Benton Winter Storm got resCC and BB4. Aino aka Benton Delaware Winter was Best puppy, followed by
Benton Fashionably Late, who was 2nd in bitch puppy class with HP.

New Swedish Champion - FIN CH NordJW-09 Benton Anaheim Mighty Duck

The next day we showed at Eskilstuna Int Ch Show. Lisbeth
aka Benton Winter Storm got the Bitch CC, CACIB and BOB and
finally Group-3. With these wins she has all the necessary wins to
become INT NORD CH! All she needs is the hunting ability test!
Teme aka Benton Anaheim Mighty Duck was 2nd best male again,
Mimmi aka Benton Walk of Fame won champion class and ended up BB3.
Puppies Aino and Penny were in same order again and Aino aka
Benton Delaware Winter went all the way to BEST IN SHOW puppy!

her N U CH title by winning the Bitch CC under Trudy Short,

Another weekend to remember. We barely got over the exciting
wins from last weekend, when two new BEST IN SHOW wins were
achieved the following weekend. Mimmi aka INT NORD CH Benton
Walk of Fame did it again and took BEST IN SHOW at Mikkeli group Ch
Show. Our big hope for the future, Aino aka Benton Delaware Winter
was shown at Helsinki All Breed Puppy Show and took BEST IN SHOW at
the age of 8 months. Well done to all!

"Mimmi" is currently leading TOP SHOW WSS competition in Finland.
After producing a litter of 8 in february she has quickly returned back to
the showring in excellent condition. She has always knocked the topspot,
ever since she made her first steps in the showring. In 2008 as a junior
she was #2 top WSS bitch, only beaten by her mom. The next year she was
# 1 top bitch (#2 overall) and last year #2 top bitch (#2 overall) only beaten
by another Benton bitches. We hope this will be her year - she truly deserves
to be the bride - not always the bridesmaid! At the moment # 2 Top WSS bitch is
her littersister Benton Winter Storm.

NoW-10 Benton Pep Talk, who only ever had 6 puppies. Broodbitch extraordinary! Three of them are now BEST IN SHOW winners! When she was 7 weeks
old I felt I have here the bitch of my lifetime and how right I was. My only
regret is that I was not able to keep her at home at that time. She has everything
I would look for in a super brood bitch and she has proven it herself!

Super weekend for Benton WSS! Mimmi aka INT NORD Ch Benton Walk of
Fame took two BOB wins, won the group at Saarijarvi FKK Ch show and
went on to another BIS-4 placement. She could not attend the group final
at Kuopio FKK int the next day as she had to go to BIS-final at another show.
What a dilemma! Halfbrother Woody aka NordJW-10 NordW-10 HeJW-10 Benton Catch Another Duck was shown at Salo group Ch show and went all the way to BIS! Way to go Mimmi and Woody.

A very very sad day. The day that I always hoped would never come.
I have bred over 20 litters and once I have kept a puppy from my litters
to live with me and it was Sara. She had a special place in my heart, and
always will. Now I felt I had to make the decision and let her go, how hard
it was. She was a big personality but luckily I have now Vivien for a while
to remind me what a mischievious personality welsh can be, just like old granny Sara. She had three litters in her lifetime, only 5 bitches. I kept two bitches
from her in co-ownership and both became WORLD WINNERS! She
produced in her three litters among others

Some occasional shows, including Lahti FKK int and Rauma FKK
Ch shows. Lisbeth aka Benton Winter Storm took BOB at
Rauma all breed Ch show and was shortlisted in group.

We received sad news from Norway. N U CH NV-03 Benton Dew
at Inu-goya "Risty" was put to sleep today, at the grand age of
almost 15! She was to me something special, as she lived with me
until she was 11 months and then moved to live at Inu-goya kennels
in Norway. She spent her life with her dad, Ch Kazval Call Collect.

Now all puppies except one (Benton Frankly My Dear) have left
to their new homes. Three of the pups were exported so far,
Benton Famous Last Words went to the US, Benton Fashionably
Late to Sweden and Benton Fog On the Tyne to Denmark.

Now we just enjoy the outcome of this adventure and hope for the best!

Have just come back from a lovely trip to the UK and Crufts.
Thanks again to Di & Trevor for their great hospitality. It was a
lovely week, seeing new and old friends! It was a great pleasure
to see at Crufts, the hopeful sire of my current litter, Mimmis puppies,
now four weeks old, getting his third CC and BOB (shortlisted in group)
Sh Ch Ferndel Aeron Magregor. So happy to know I hopefully have
puppies from this wonderful dog. I fell in love with him when I saw the first
photos of him taken at 6 months old and knew then, if all goes well, I
hope I can use him one day.

Duck took res CC and best male-3. Benton Break The Law won junior class
and sister Benton Big Apple was 2nd in junior and among the 5 bitches, who
were competing in best bitch competition. FIN CH Benton What Women
Want took his first 1st prize in obedience test. Well done to all.

Ferndel Aeron Magregor, the hopeful sire of Mimmis (Int Nord Ch Benton
